Once an order is delivered and accepted, we do not offer refunds.

How can I raise a return request for my order?

If you believe that the product you received is damaged, incorrect, or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

Send an email to [email protected] and provide your order number along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Our team will verify the issue and may offer a replacement or partial refund after reviewing the case. We do not accept returns for orders placed more than 7 days ago.

When will I receive my refund?

For reverse pick-up orders, we will initiate the refund once the item is picked up by our courier partner.

For self-shipped orders, the refund will be processed once the returned item is received in our warehouse. The refund will be credited to your account within 3 to 5 business days.
