We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order due to availability or verification concerns. Cancelled orders will be refunded promptly.
Each bonsai is a unique, living creation. If the exact plant or pot is unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater value, maintaining aesthetic and quality standards.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via email and SMS. A separate notification will follow once your order has been shipped or delivered.

Domestic Orders: Shipped via registered domestic courier companies or Speed Post.
International Orders: Shipped via registered international courier or Speed Post.
Orders are dispatched within 0–7 business days, or as per the agreed timeline at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines are subject to courier/postal service norms. We are not liable for delivery delays by courier/postal services; our responsibility ends upon dispatch.

All applicable product prices, taxes, and delivery charges are displayed during checkout. Orders are processed only after successful payment. We accept major credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets through secure payment gateways.
If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 8–10 business days for the refund to reflect.
Refunds are granted only under conditions specified in our Cancellation and Return Policy.
Due to the delicate and one-of-a-kind nature of bonsais, we do not offer exchanges. Kindly review all product details before making a purchase.
If your bonsai arrives damaged or in poor health, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Send three clear photographs of the item from different angles to [email protected].
We will assess and inform you of your eligibility for a replacement or refund.
